Bryant lifts Lakers past Nuggets  SATURDAY MAY 23, 2009 Kobe Bryant dropped a game-high 41 points as the Los Angeles Lakers tore apart the Denver Nuggets in the fourth quarter to earn a 103-97 victory Saturday night, and a 2-1 lead in their best-of-seven Western Conference Final. The Lakers won the game as 3.5-point underdogs, while the 200 points went UNDER the posted total of 212.5. Pau Gasol collected a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Lakers. Chauncey Billups had 18 points, six rebounds and seven assists for the Nuggets.
